This Service is an ADHD-first budgeting tool designed for adults 18 years and older.

Account Deletion

Data deletion functionality will be available by April 22, 2026. Once available, you will be able to delete your account and all associated data through your account settings.

Retention After Deletion

When you delete your account:

• Your data will be retained for 2 years in case you change your mind
• After 2 years, all your personal information and financial data will be permanently deleted from our systems
• Some information may be retained longer if required by law or for legitimate business purposes (such as fraud prevention)

Before April 22, 2026

If you wish to delete your account before the deletion feature is available, please contact us at hello@auntiezero.com and we will process your request manually.

Your Rights

Depending on your location, you may have certain rights regarding your personal information, including:

• The right to access the personal information we hold about you
• The right to request correction of inaccurate information
• The right to request deletion of your information (available April 22, 2026)
